We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Final Sale Items The following are final sale and not eligible for return: sale items, bathing suits, intimates, and accessories
How to Start a Return Email us at Nessfullboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Refunds We provide the option to choose store credit and refund back to your card, that you should see within 3-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
